Returns policyWe do accept returned goods at JJ Salon Products, however only in the following circumstances: *We accept returned products, for any reason, that have been unused. Just pay for the postage to our returns address, as shown at the bottom of this page. PackagingReturned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. For postage, please ensure they are wrapped in suitable packaging material to avoid damage. We ask you to do this, so that we can resell these items in good condition to other customers. Used itemsWe do not accept items that have been used. Incorrect itemsIf you have received the wrong product (s) and it was not your error, we will make sure that you receive the correct product (s) at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. Please contact us via this form to arrange this. If you have received the wrong product (s) and it was due to your error e.g. not noticing you had ordered the wrong product, then we are happy to accept returns on the basis that they are unused and that you bear the cost for the return of the products to us in their original packaging.
